Each 20–30 minute session progresses from opening and lengthening, to stability and supportive strength, helping you move with greater ease and confidence.     Hi, I’m Claudia — a Pilates, Strength & Nutrition Coach passionate about helping women feel strong, energised, and confident at every stage of life. In my 40s, I feel fitter and more connected to my body than I did in my 20s — not from extremes, but from learning how to train smarter, nourish consistently, and support my nervous system. I’ve guided hundreds of women toward greater strength, balance, and self-confidence through a blend of Pilates, strength training, realistic nutrition, and supportive self-care — because real results happen when everything works together.     I’m a beginner, is this for me?
    This program is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Work at your own pace and follow the progression to gradually build strength and confidence.
    Do I need any equipment?
    You only need a mat for all workouts. One of the bonus mobility sessions uses a Pilates mini ball, but if you don’t have one, you can easily substitute a foam roller or a firm cushion.
    How will I receive the program and guides?
    Once you purchase, simply download the Playbook app from the Apple or Google Play store and sign in to access your workouts immediately. Your guides, including the Posture Reset Guide and Nourish & Support Guide, will be delivered directly to your inbox within 24 hours — don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case.
